Pink Tilda

Hi everyone.
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. Mine was nice and quiet...just the way I like it.

I've been working on a card with a magnolia stamp from the new collection. They're just gorgeous.
The challenge at It's a Magnolia challenge required a card with a Tilda stamp and black and pink as main colors. I kept the design quite simple and I'm happy with the result.

I used an old punch for the border, some pink lace and I made the flowers from thin crafting paper. The design paper is from K&Kompany.

This card will be entered in:
It's a magnolia challenge:  Pink and black card with Tilda or Edwin stamp
Simon says Stamp Challenge: Anything goes.

See you next time

Thank you for being a friend

Has it really been 2 weeks since i finished my last card. How time flies when you're getting ready for Christmas.

Well, this morning I've been keeping myself busy with this sketch from the Sweet Stop:

I rotated it and here's what I came up with:
I used some  cardstock and scrapbook paper that I found among my 'old' stuff and I masked my Magnolia stamp with (again) an old stamp that I had. The flowers were made from punches and I used a few dies from Marianne Design.
The stamp was colored with the following markers;
skin: E00-E11-E13-RV13 (sketch markers)
dress: R43-R46-R59 (sketch)
hair: O928-O427-O324(pro)
cat: O527-O325-O837(flex)

This card will be entered in the following competitions:
The sweet stop: sketch
Magnolia Down Under: Colour challenge (red-cream and gold)
Totally Tilda: Make a 'Thank you' card

Hopefully the postman will bring me the stamps I ordered from the new collection today.
Can't wait to get started with those.

For now....Happy Holidays

Tilda in White

Hello everyone,
Here i finally am again with a new card. This one is for the Totally Tilda Challenge blog, which requires (as my title already says) a Magnolia stamp in white. The only things that could be colored where the face and hair.
So here's what i came up with:

I colored the face with sketch markers (R00-E00-E11) and hair with flexmarkers (O527-O345-O837) and used different dies. For the flowers i used a die from Marianne Design  and a handkerchief.
This card will be entered in:
Totally Tilda Challenge Blog: White on White.
Just magnolia Blog: use a magnolia stamp

On to the next challenge. Enjoy your week
